3.1. Third Parties: We may share information with payment gateways, regulatory authorities, or third-party agencies involved in identity verification. In order to provide, operate, and improve the functionalities available on the Platform or Website, We may share the User's name with Google LLC, through its artificial intelligence and machine learning infrastructure, Google Vertex AI (hereinafter referred to as "Vertex AI").

Such sharing is undertaken strictly and solely for the purpose of enabling core application functionalities on the Platform, including but not limited to personalised interactions, AI-assisted features, content generation, and user-contextual responses (hereinafter referred to as the "Permitted Purpose"). The User's name is disclosed to Vertex AI exclusively to facilitate the Permitted Purpose and for no other reason whatsoever.

3.2. Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law to respond to summons, court orders, or legal processes.

3.3. Business Transfers: If the Company merges with or is acquired by another entity, Your information may be transferred to the new entity, which will be bound by this Privacy Policy.

• Deleted conversations and temporary chats will be automatically deleted from Our systems within 45 (forty five) days.
• API data will also be automatically deleted after 30 (thirty) days.
• We retain Your data for as long as prescribed by the law.

VI. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion by emailing us at team@qqsphere.in. Once deleted, account data cannot be restored. On opting for deletion of Your account all Your data will be deleted within 45 (forty five) days.
