The Company will NOT provide a refund for:

1. Partial use of a subscription or unused credits.
2. Dissatisfaction with the AI-generated guidance or output.
3. Academic results, exam performance, or clinical outcomes.
4. Changes in Your study requirements.

Please note that We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above. II. Processing of Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed within fifteen (15) days using the original payment method or as informed by the Company, and upon approval, the Company will initiate the refund to Your original method of payment, provided that You may request the refund to be credited to another bank account if such account is in the same name as the payee.
